Concluding a Historic Season for San Diego Sockers
The top seed and Western Division champion, and Surf Cup Sponsor, San Diego Sockers (16-0) will take on the #2 seed from the East, the Kansas Magic (9-8) in the Newman Cup Semi-Finals on Friday night at 7:30pm. The first semi-final at 5pm will pit Eastern Division champion Detroit Waza (14-3) against West #2 seed Revolucion Tijuana (11-6). The two winners will meet in Saturday’s Newman Cup Championship Final at 7pm. All games will take place at the Del Mar Arena.
